I invite you to join us weekly for "Dance Your Spirit," a gathering of movement
and dance; a crescendo through sacred music from around the world.

...you too can dance your joys, sorrows and desires,
rejuvenating your body and spirit,
releasing your fears and visioning yourself into a more fulfilling life.
Join with us in building a supportive, spiritual, movement community
right here in Tacoma.

This is 'Personal Awareness Movement,' open to everyone.
No dance experience required or recommended.
There is no choreography.
Men and women welcome. Bring a friend!

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and be ready to dance—
whatever that looks like to you.
Bring your water bottle and a yoga mat or pillow if you like, to rest, stretch,
relax or watch from the perimeter.
